Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Partnerships

● Build and maintain relationships with RWAs, apartment associations, builders, property management teams, schools, and community partners.

● Identify and develop recent partnership prospects to expand UpKraft’s presence.

● Secure permissions for demo events, workshops, performances, and promotional activities.

● Expand UpKraft’s network across premium gated communities.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

● Generate qualified leads through society activations, kiosks, events, referrals, and local campaigns.

● Execute lead generation activities within assigned territories.

● Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to maximize conversions.

Community Engagement

● Organize music performances, workshops, trial classes, and community events.

● Coordinate with tutors, operations, and society management for seamless execution.

● Deliver exceptional experiences that strengthen community relationships.

Referral & Partnership Programs

● Identify and onboard parent ambassadors and community champions.





● Drive referral campaigns to generate new admissions.

● Build long-term engagement within residential communities.

Business Development Support

● Execute offline branding initiatives including standees, lift branding, flyers, posters, kiosks, and notice board branding.

● Ensure robust brand visibility across assigned territories.

● Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

● Maintain accurate records of partnerships, leads, and business opportunities in the CRM.

● Submit weekly reports on partnerships, pipeline, leads, and admissions.

● Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
