This is not a generic Transition Manager or Service Delivery Manager role. The business is specifically looking for a candidate who has
personally led end-to-end application/service transitions
, preferably within a
BOT/BOOT, GCC setup, or capability transfer workplace
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving transition strategy, governance, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful handover of services with minimal business disruption.
