Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant who combines deep expertise in Core HR foundation design with subject-matter mastery of Absence Management, to support complex multi-country deployments across the India, and the GCC (KSA/UAE). The ideal candidate will own the full employee lifecycle foundation — enterprise structures, workforce structures, employment models, and HR service delivery — while also leading the design and configuration of global absence and leave programs, including legislative leave mandates such as Maternity/Paternity (India, UK, Europe), and Paid Sick Leave regulations.

Mandatory hands-on experience configuring Core HR and Absence/Leave requirements for KSA, India & UAE legislations, as well as India statutory leave and HR compliance, is required, given the multi-country GCC and India deployments this position will support.





Key Responsibilities

Core HR — Foundation & Workforce Structures
Design and configure enterprise structures: Legislative Data Groups, Legal Entities, Business Units, Reference Data Sets, HR Organisations, and Workforce Structures (Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations).
Configure HCM Common Architecture: Person Types, Relationship Types, Employment Models (Single or Multiple Assignment), Assignment Statuses, and Employment Categories.
Implement Global HR: manage country-specific legislative rules, local HR statutory requirements, and multi-country org structures for complex enterprise deployments, including UAE and KSA labour law and statutory configuration.
Configure Document Records, Document Types, and Document Delivery Preferences for employee file management and compliance document retention.
Manage data security: person security profiles, organisation security profiles, HCM data roles, and abst
