Job Summary

Mitesh Rathi Classes is looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities at the institute. The ideal candidate should have solid organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, with prior experience in an education/coaching institute preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Coordinate with faculty, academic, HR, accounts, and management teams.
Maintain office records, files, registers, documents, and administrative databases.
Handle official correspondence, emails, calls, notices, and internal communication.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
Monitor office infrastructure, facilities, cleanliness, and maintenance requirements.




Manage procurement and inventory of stationery, office supplies, study materials, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain records of stock, assets, equipment, and consumables.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative reports as required by management.
Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, events, parent meetings, tests, and other institute activities.
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Handle student/parent queries related to administrative matters and coordinate with the concerned departments.
Support management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the institute premises.
Maintain confidentiality of institutional, student, employee, and management-related information.
Perform other administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
