We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, acquire recent customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, lead generation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
Visit potential and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.




Negotiate prices and terms with customers within company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
