Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide product and order information to customers.
Follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Deliver qualified and friendly customer support.

Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (English and Hindi is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹10,486.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
