Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader (Counselor) to lead and manage a team of visa counselors in our Immigration and Overseas Education department. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in tourist visa processing as well as study abroad counseling, covering key destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of junior counselors and visa executives.
Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are met.
Conduct regular training to keep the team updated on visa rules and procedures.
Client Counseling:
Provide personalized counseling to clients regarding tourist visas and study abroad options.
Guide clients on eligibility, documentation,



application processes, and timelines.
Recommend suitable countries and visa types based on the client’s profile and purpose.
Visa Process Management:
Handle complete end-to-end visa application processes for tourist and student categories.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with current immigration regulations and visa guidelines.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and education institutions as needed.
Documentation & Follow-up:
Oversee document preparation and verification.
Follow up on client applications and provide timely updates.
Address and resolve client concerns or objections professionally.
Sales & Business Development:
Convert leads into successful enrollments/visa applications.
Identify business growth prospects and contribute to service expansion.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
