Karigiri by Narangs is a fashion and ethnic wear brand specializing in premium men's clothing, including suits, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, and traditional ethnic wear. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store team.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store customer service.
Understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Assist customers in selecting suitable suits, sherwanis, Indo-Western outfits, and ethnic wear.
Explain product features, fabrics, designs, fitting, customization options, and pricing.
Recommend products based on the customer's occasion, style, and requirements.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper presentation and display of merchandise in the store.




Keep the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
Handle billing, orders, exchanges, and basic customer follow-ups when required.
Coordinate with the tailoring/customization team regarding measurements and alterations.
Maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, trials, fittings, and deliveries.
Maintain knowledge of recent collections, offers, and products.
Assist the store manager with day-to-day retail operations.
Ensure a professional and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
