Reports To: Head of Operations / Operations Manager
Location: Byculla, Mumbai, Maharastra
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Quality Lead with 5–6 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day operational activities while ensuring consistent quality standards across processes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
* Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth and effective execution.
* Coordinate with field and internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
* Plan manpower, resources, schedules, and workloads based on business requirements.
* Monitor team productivity and operational KPIs.
Quality Management
* Establish, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures.
* Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and process reviews.
* Monitor service quality and identify deviations from established standards.
* Analyze customer complaints, quality issues, and operational errors.
* Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Develop quality checklists, SOPs, audit formats, and process documentation.
* Track quality KPIs and prepare quality performance reports.
Team Management
* Lead, guide, and mentor operations and quality team members.
* Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify training and development requirements for team members.
* Promote a culture of accountability, quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Process Improvement
* Identify gaps between existing processes and expected business outcomes.
