We are seeking a AGM / Sourcing TL with 7 - 12 years of experience in Real Estate - Sourcing , along with strong expertise in Market Mapping Client Meetings – Team Handling – Target Planning, to build and drive a high-performing sourcing engine for luxury residential and commercial projects.
The role focuses on Channel Partner Development – Lead Generation – Site Visits – Sales Initiatives – Pipeline Creation, ensuring a strong inflow of qualified leads to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be highly network-driven, target-oriented, and capable of scaling sourcing operations across key micro-markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing – Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Build and manage a robust sourcing pipeline through channel partners, brokers, and direct networks.
Drive lead generation initiatives across residential and commercial real estate segments.
Ensure consistent inflow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
Channel Partner Management – Network Building
Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners and intermediaries.
Expand sourcing network across key micro-markets.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive repeat business.
Market Mapping – Chance Identification
Conduct market mapping to identify current sourcing opportunities and micro-markets.
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and project positioning.
Identify high-potential projects and client segments for sourcing.
Client Interaction – Site Visits & Meetings
Engage with clients through meetings and site visits to support conversions.
Assist in property presentations and initial client discussions.
Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the closing team.
Team Management – Performance & Execution
Lead, mentor, and manage sourcing team members.
Set targets, monitor performance, and drive target achievement.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance feedback sessions.
