Job Description:
Lead recruitment initiative to meet hiring objective.
Manage recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop Strategic recruitment plans and process improvement.
Location : Kakkanad
Qualification : MBA (HRM)
Experience : Minimum 1 years experience as Recruiter in hospitality industry. Experience in Restaurant/Hotel/Cafe is a must for this position.
*Tamil and Hindi Language Proficiency is Mandatory
