Solid experience managing CLM operational teams in a global/shared services environment.
Proven experience in process implementation, process transformation, and operational governance.
Hands-on experience with Coupa CLM or similar CLM platforms.
Solid understanding of contract lifecycle processes including amendments, renewals, hierarchy management, approvals, and metadata governance.
Experience driving process standardization and workflow optimization initiatives.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage ambiguity and build scalable operational processes from the ground up.
