Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Record all income, expenses, purchases, and bank transactions.
Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Client Billing
Prepare monthly invoices for security guard, supervisor, and other manpower services.
Verify deployment and attendance before raising client bills.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain receivable records.
Salary & Payroll
Prepare monthly salary sheets for security guards, supervisors, and office staff.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, advances, and replacements.
Ensure timely processing of salaries/wages.
Statutory Compliance
Maintain records related to EPF, ESIC, GST, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, wherever applicable.
Prepare and maintain statutory challans, returns, and supporting documents.
Ensure proper records for labour and security manpower contracts.
Vendor & Expense Management
Maintain vendor accounts and verify bills.




Process payments after proper approval.
Track office expenses, uniforms, equipment, transportation, and other operational expenses.
Banking
Prepare payment instructions and bank-related documents.
Perform regular bank reconciliation.
Monitor company bank balances and transactions.
Contract & Tender Accounts
Maintain financial records for individual client contracts.
Assist in preparing financial documents, quotations, tender-related statements, and supporting documents.
Track contract-wise revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper filing of invoices, salary records, challans, GST documents, TDS documents, and payment proofs.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel. Tally is not required
Knowledge of statutory compliance.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, EPF and ESIC.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
