Hot Duties:
Drive agile projects end-to-end, blending traditional PM rigour with AI-powered tools and spec-driven development
Translate business needs into transparent, actionable requirements that both stakeholders and AI-assisted teams can execute against
Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes
Champion adaptability and sound communication in a fast-evolving, AI-driven work environment

Duties:
Manage products through the full agile lifecycle, from planning to delivery
Gather, document, and refine business requirements using spec-driven approaches
Work with stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and expectations
Leverage AI tools to support planning, documentation, and project tracking
Use PM tools and platforms to manage timelines, tasks, and reporting
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly across teams

Requirements:




5to 8 years of project management experience, with a degree in a business-related discipline.
Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
Ability to create explicit, well-structured business requirements.
Proficiency with common project management tools and platforms, such as Jira and Confluence.
Ability to facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Strong communication skills and comfort working with AI-driven tools and workflows.
Demonstrated adaptability in rapid-changing environments.
Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new business domains. IAM (Identity and Access Management) domain expertise is preferred
