Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Sample Phlebotomist to visit patients at their homes and collect blood and other diagnostic samples safely, accurately, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Visit patients at their homes for scheduled sample collection.
Collect blood and other diagnostic samples as per test requirements.
Follow proper phlebotomy techniques and infection-control procedures.
Properly label, handle, store, and transport collected samples.
Ensure samples are collected, packed, and transported within the required time.
Verify patient details and test requirements before sample collection.
Maintain proper documentation of sample collection and patient details.
Handle patients professionally and explain the sample collection procedure when required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow company protocols.




Coordinate with the laboratory and operations team for timely sample processing.
Ensure proper hygiene and use of PPE during sample collection.
Report any sample-related issues, difficult collections, or incidents to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of phlebotomy equipment.
Follow assigned schedules and ensure timely completion of home visits.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/B.Sc. MLT)
Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to patient locations for home sample collection.
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety practices.
Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude.
