We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with solid experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and client hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and candidate closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
25 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Experience with IT Services or Product-based companies.
Solid sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
