Role & responsibilities

1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Manage NAPS / NATS hiring, coordination with vendors and government portals.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, consultants, referrals, walk-ins, and social media.
Conduct and coordinate campus hiring activities (ITI, Diploma, Graduate institutes).
Prepare and validate job descriptions (JD drafting) as per business requirements.

2.Payroll Support & HR Analytics:
Robust working knowledge of Excel for HR reports, MIS, and data analysis.
Support CTC structuring and offer creation.
Maintain recruitment and HR dashboards.
Factory HR & Compliance
Ensure adherence to factory compliance and statutory requirements.




Coordinate with vendors and contractors for manpower compliance.
Support audits and inspections related to HR and labour laws.

3.HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Handle employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
Support misconduct handling, counselling, and disciplinary processes.
Assist in grievance handling and employee communication.

4.Training & Development
Identify training needs and support Training & Development (T&D;) initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Responsible For Induction training & PPT presentation
