About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience handling government-funded defence innovation programs, particularly Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) and Acing Development of Creative Technologies with iDEX (ADITI) projects, including grant accounting, utilization reporting, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.




Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, payment records, and reconciliations.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
Track project-wise expenses and maintain proper accounting records for government-funded projects.
Prepare utilization certificates, fund utilization statements, and supporting documentation for iDEX and ADITI projects.
Ensure compliance with grant conditions, reporting requirements, and financial guidelines under defence innovation programs.
Generate MIS reports and financial analyses for management review.

Required Skills
