Position Objective

To generate business opportunities through outbound and inbound calls by promoting TPI Pay's digital payment and fintech solutions. The Telesales Executive will identify potential merchants, explain product perks, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and contribute to the company's revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
Business Need

To strengthen TPI Pay's merchant acquisition strategy by building a dedicated telesales team that can:

· Generate quality leads.

· Increase product awareness.

· Support field sales through appointment generation.

· Improve merchant onboarding.

· Enhance customer engagement and retention.

· Increase monthly sales conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

· Contact prospective merchants through outbound calls.





· Follow up on digital marketing and referral leads.

· Identify customer requirements and qualify prospects.

Product Promotion

Promote TPI Pay products including:

· QR Standee

· Sound Box

· Static QR

· mATM

· Connected Banking Payout API

· UPI Collection API

· Payment Gateway

· Prepaid Cards

· Education Fee Collection Solutions

Sales Activities

· Explain product features and business perks.

· Handle customer objections effectively.

· Convert prospects into active merchants.

· Schedule meetings for the field sales team where required.

· Follow up until onboarding is completed.

Customer Service

· Address basic customer queries.

· Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams.

· Ensure a positive customer experience.

Educational Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)

· 12th Pass candidates with relevant telesales experience
