Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns across
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
.
Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives such as
lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales
.
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Conduct audience research and create relevant
custom, lookalike, remarketing, and interest-based audiences
.
Monitor key performance metrics including
CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI
.
Coordinate with the
Creative, Social Media, PR, and Client Servicing teams
to develop performance-oriented ad creatives and messaging.
Continuously test different
audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaign strategies
through A/B testing.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take timely corrective action to improve results.




Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimum utilization of client spends.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities for fashion and lifestyle brands.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and other relevant tracking requirements.
Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and emerging performance marketing trends.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
.
Understanding of
Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
.
Valuable understanding of campaign structures, targeting, bidding, optimization, and remarketing.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to understand campaign data and convert insights into actionable st
