Responsibilities :
Responsible for calling insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
Sound knowledge of U

S

Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement of the same
Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Manage & develop collaterals as required

Compliances:
Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process

Qualifications: Any graduation

Mandatory Skill Sets:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and a positive team player

Work Experience:
Work experience of at least 2 Years in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling

Office Timings:
Should be ready to work in US shifts
