Monitor store-wise sales productivity and profitability.
Analyze key business metrics and identify prospects for growth.
Develop action plans for underperforming stores.
Improve conversion, average bill value (ABV), average transaction value (ATV), units per bill (UPB), and customer acquisition.
Ensure achievement of revenue, margin and productivity goals
Retail Operations Excellence
Standardize operational processes across locations.
Conduct periodic operational audits.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational controls.
Improve operational efficiency and reduce process gaps.
Luxury Customer Experience
Ensure consistent premium customer experience across all stores.
Monitor customer feedback, NPS and service quality.
Conduct surprise store visits and customer journey audits.
Ensure complaint resolution within defined timelines.
Drive relationship selling and repeat customer business.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead,
coach and mentor Store Managers.
Conduct regular business reviews with store leadership.
Build succession plans for key retail positions.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions.
Ensure performance management processes are completed on time.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory health across stores.
Ensure stock availability aligned with business demand.
Ensure accurate stock audits and physical verification.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Monitor security standards for high-value jewellery.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ensure cash handling and billing compliance.
Drive zero-loss culture through regular audits.
