Role & responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging chemistry lessons, practical labs, and demonstrations for secondary students (Grades 812).
Enforce strict laboratory safety protocols and maintain chemical inventories and equipment.
Assess student progress, grade lab reports and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for national or international board examinations

Boarding & Residential Life Duties
Participate in house duty rotations, including evening prep supervision, weekend wake-ups, and mealtime monitoring.
Provide pastoral care and act as a resident mentor, supporting students' emotional well-being and personal growth.




Assist with evening remedial or tutorial help for boarding students struggling with coursework.
Supervise residential health, safety, and discipline guidelines within the boarding house. [1]

Co-Curricular & Administrative Duties
Lead or coordinate science clubs, STEM fairs, or Olympiad training.
Accompany students on educational field trips and outdoor excursions.
Attend regular staff meetings, career development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
