About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong skilled to join our New Product Development team as a Senior Associate Stainless Steel Category. This role will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end development and launch of new products, from market research and sample evaluation to testing, costing, SKU creation, launch readiness, and post-launch performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recent product development activities for the stainless steel category
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the category
Coordinate with vendors for product samples, review iterations, and track progress through finalization
Manage in-house and external lab testing, follow up on reports, and support product approval processes
Prepare and maintain product reports, development trackers, and approval documentation
Finalize SKU specifications, dimensions, measurements, and packaging-related inputs
Support SKU creation, EAN generation, HSN coordination, and product master data accuracy
Work on SKU-level costing, indirect cost analysis, and landed cost calculation
