Job Description

We are looking for a Barista & Fast Food Executive to manage beverage preparation, quick-service food preparation, counter operations, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, chai, cold beverages, and other drinks as per café standards.
Prepare fast-food items including Vada Pav, French Fries, Garlic Bread, Popcorn, and Sandwiches.
Operate coffee-making and beverage equipment.
Handle POS/billing, order taking, and customer service.
Maintain consistent taste, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Maintain counter stock and coordinate with the kitchen during peak hours.
Upsell add-ons and provide a friendly customer experience.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience as a Barista/QSR Counter Staff preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude can be considered and trained.
Good customer-facing communication skills.
Kannada, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food hygiene.
Barista certification is an added advantage.
Punctual, reliable, energetic, and comfortable working during busy hours.
12th/PUC preferred; graduation not mandatory.
