This is an office-based, on-site role focused on handling customer enquiries, managing leads, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads
Communicate with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest
Build solid relationships with potential customers
Convert qualified leads into successful deals




Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
Work towards achieving monthly conversion and sales targets

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and skilled personality
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customers and leads effectively
Strong follow-up skills
Target-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer handling
Good Hindi and English communication
Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply
Prior experience in customer support, sales, telecalling, or marketing will be an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
