Job Summary:
The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations for the logistics workforce, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The role involves regular coordination with warehouse, transport, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth manpower management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Coordinate recruitment for warehouse staff, delivery executives, drivers, helpers, supervisors, and office employees.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
Complete joining formalities and maintain recruitment records.
Support manpower planning based on operational requirements.
Employee Onboarding




Conduct joining and induction processes for current employees.
Collect and verify employee documents such as ID proof, address proof, bank details, photographs, and educational certificates.
Create and maintain employee personnel files.
Explain company policies, attendance rules, leave policies, and workplace procedures to current employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance, late coming, absenteeism, and shift schedules.
Maintain attendance records for warehouse and field employees.
Coordinate with supervisors regarding unauthorized absence and manpower shortages.
Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
Support preparation of attendance data for payroll processing.
Payroll Support
Coordinate with the payroll/accounts team for monthly salary processing.
Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and leave information.
Maintain record
