Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Learn and support end-to-end recruitment

Valuable English communication, confidence, willingness to learn and a people-oriented mindset.

Junior Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 year





You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment activities and supporting the team in closing positions efficiently.

What you'll do:
Handle sourcing and screening for multiple vacancies
Conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview rounds and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination

We’re looking for:
1+ year of recruitment experience, strong communication, valuable follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Senior Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 3 years

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can own the hiring process, not just fill vacancies.

What you'll do:
Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions
Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
Screen, interview and evaluate candidates
Manage recruitment targets
