We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer to join a global engineering team responsible for building enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, solid architectural skills, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-performance user interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and mentoring developers while contributing to innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications.
Lead frontend technical strategy, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and reusable component libraries.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and global engineering teams.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams.




Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies through proof-of-concept initiatives.
Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
Manage the frontend development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, risk assessment, and task prioritization.
Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical architecture.

Required Skills Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in UI/frontend development.
Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
Strong understanding of component-based architecture and contemporary frontend design patterns.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
Proven experience building large-scale, component-driven enterprise applications.
Experience designing and maintaining reusable UI component
