Filmy Fiction is looking for a Manager – Creative & Communication to run point on our creative engine — sitting between AI Filmmakers, Editors, and Creators, and making sure every deliverable lands with the client on time, on brief, and on brand.
You'll work directly with our Founder & CCO — not three layers removed from the decisions that matter.
What you'll own:
? Oversee day-to-day creative workflow across AI filmmakers, editors & creators
? Be the single point of accountability for daily client deliverables
? Translate briefs into explicit direction for the team — and keep multiple projects moving at once
? Bridge creative output with client communication and expectations
You are:
✅ A natural multitasker who thrives juggling several live projects
✅ Sharp with both creative judgement and people/process management
✅ Comfortable owning deadlines, not just tasks
✅ Excited by AI-powered filmmaking, not intimidated by it
? Mumbai (Andheri West) | Full-time, on-site
? Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 7 PM
