Mesaden Pvt Ltd, a newly incorporated entity from the founders of Lex Regal, is a next-generation skilled and technology company at the engaged in strategy, risk, consulting, technology and AI, alongside our established professional platform, Lex Regal.

We are looking for one exceptional person not a batch to work directly with the Director as we build, develop and scale both businesses.

This is a rare opportunity to be close to the building of the company itself, rather than occupying a narrow function within an established organisation.

You will report directly to and work closely with the Director across important conversations, projects and decisions as the businesses evolve. Your exposure will span strategy, operations, clients, business development, technology, branding, AI and new initiatives, with responsibility increasing as your capability develops.

You do not need to arrive knowing all of this.

You need the curiosity to learn, the discipline to execute, and the ambition to become exceptionally capable.

multi-year professional journey with close mentorship, multi-domain exposure and progressively greater responsibility across two growing businesses.

The Working Style

- Close to the Director: Report directly to and work alongside the Director on business-building initiatives, meetings, projects and, where required, business travel.
- Hybrid: 2 days in-person in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai is non-negotiable. The remaining work is remote.
- Outcome-focused: We care about what gets accomplished, not hours logged. Ownership, reliability and quality of outcomes matter more than watching the clock.
- Evolving responsibility: As your capability grows, the scope of what you own grows with it..

Compensation & Structure:
- 2-month probation, with stipend during the probationary period
- Conversion to a 1-year contract on mutual fit, with compensation and benefits
- Business travel compensated separately
- Performance-based evaluation - outcomes matter more than time-logged.

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
