- Overall coordination related to train maintenance, arrivals, and departures
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring fleet availability aligns with operation plans and maintenance schedules
- Providing up-to-date fleet status data to customers
- Effective management of real-time support and defect resolution
- Timely submission of reports and notices to customers
- Active participation in planning and implementing project fleet strategy

- Flexibility in working hours to support our 24/7 operations
