Role Description The Machine Operator role is a full-time, in office position located in Noida.
The Machine
Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery used in the production of electric wire and related components. Daily tasks include feeding materials into machines, adjusting settings according to specifications, performing basic equipment checks, and ensuring that output meets quality standards. The role also involves reporting any equipment issues, following safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area,
and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor industrial machinery, with solid skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery.
- Experience performing Quality Control checks to ensure products meet established specifications and standards.
- Proficiency in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, report issues, and follow instructions clearly.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures, with a commitment to safe work practices.
- Prior experience in a production or factory environment is preferred; vocational or technical training in mechanical or electrical fields is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle physical tasks, and work in shifts as required by production schedules.
