Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement machine learning models, information extraction techniques, and probabilistic matching algorithms
- Develop scalable and innovative AI-driven solutions to complex business challenges
- Apply the latest advancements in NLP, data science, and machine learning to enhance existing products and develop recent ones
- Optimize and scale machine learning algorithms to support high-volume data processing
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive AI-based innovation
- Actively contribute to the future roadmap of AI and data-driven solutions
- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment, delivering high-impact solutions

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML development
- PhD/MS/BTech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics,



and data analytics
- Expertise in Machine Learning, NLP algorithms, and Deep Learning
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala
- Experience in building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions
- Knowledge of big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
