- Manage day-to-day operations of Sulzer Looms for PP/HDPE woven fabric production.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and required quality standards.

- Monitor loom performance, efficiency, production output, and machine downtime.

- Handle loom setting, warp/weft-related issues, fabric construction, GSM, and quality parameters.

- Identify and resolve loom-related problems such as warp breaks, weft breaks, fabric defects, and machine stoppages.

- Ensure proper utilization of PP/HDPE tapes, yarn, and other raw materials.

- Supervise operators and helpers, allocate manpower, and ensure effective shift management.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, and Stores teams for smooth production.

- Maintain production records, shift reports, downtime reports, and loom efficiency data.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs,



safety procedures, housekeeping, and 5S practices.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Sulzer Loom operations, preferably in PP/HDPE woven packaging.

- Good knowledge of PP/HDPE woven fabric manufacturing and weaving processes.

- Knowledge of loom settings, fabric construction, GSM, density, and quality parameters.

- Ability to troubleshoot common Sulzer Loom operational issues.

- Solid manpower handling and shift management skills.

- Good understanding of production planning, efficiency, wastage, and downtime control.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams.
