Role Overview:

We are looking for a LogicMonitor Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on LogicMonitor experience and solid knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, observability, alerting, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing LogicMonitor across servers, networks, databases, cloud, and applications, ensuring effective monitoring, alert management, dashboards, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer LogicMonitor Collectors, DataSources, EventSources, PropertySources, alert rules, and escalation chains.
- Configure and manage monitoring for Windows/Linux servers, network devices, databases, cloud, and applications.
- Create and optimize dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring policies.
- Perform event management, alert tuning, noise reduction, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate LogicMonitor with ServiceNow, Jira, Teams, Slack, email, and other ITSM tools.
- Use REST APIs and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) for automation and custom monitoring.
- Monitor AWS/Azure/GCP and hybrid infrastructure and support capacity/performance monitoring.




- Identify monitoring gaps and continuously improve observability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Must Have

- 4+ years hands-on LogicMonitor Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of LogicMonitor DataSources, EventSources, PropertySources, Collectors, alerting, and dashboards.
- Good understanding of Windows/Linux, SNMP, WMI, APIs, Syslog, and network monitoring.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and enterprise event management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and scripting/automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with SolarWinds, Zabbix, Site24x7, or Datadog.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and AIOps.
- Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow, ManageEngine, SysAid, or Jira.
- ITIL or LogicMonitor certification.

Experience: 5–10 years overall | 4+ years LogicMonitor

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
