About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Mohali.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities and ensuring shipments move smoothly from pickup to delivery. The role involves coordinating with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams, tracking shipments, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and resolving operational issues.

The position also provides an opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction, business development, operational improvement, and the overall growth of MoveMyLoad.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Coordination

- Coordinate transportation activities from booking through final delivery.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, appointments, and dispatch requirements.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment progress and identify potential delays or service issues.
- Follow up proactively to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
- Handle delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and other operational challenges.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems.
- Ensure timely completion and organization of BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and other transportation documentation.

Customer Service
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure transportation needs are properly coordinated.
- Provide proactive updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.




- Build trust through consistent communication and reliable execution.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.

Carrier & Driver Coordination
- Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding shipment requirements, pickup and delivery schedules, and updates.
- Coordinate appointment changes and operational requirements.
- Follow up on driver and carrier status to maintain accurate shipment visibility.
- Develop professional working relationships with transportation partners.
- Escalate potential service issues promptly and coordinate appropriate solutions.
