- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration
Qualification
- 15 years full time education
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning
- Adapt models to specific domains to enhance relevance and performance
- Analyze model outputs and experiment with tuning techniques
- Work with evolving model architectures to improve contextual understanding
- Collaborate with team members to meet desired performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into workflows and applications
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments
- Document methodologies and findings to support knowledge sharing and future development
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform independently and become an SME
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems
- Analyze and interpret model behavior to optimize performance
- Support integration of AI components into existing systems
