Role Description The Life Health Insurance Agent is a full-time, in office role based in Gwalior. The agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, explain available life and health insurance products, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting policy comparisons, preparing quotes, completing applications, and assisting clients with enrollments and policy changes.

The role involves staying current with Affordable Care Act regulations, Medicare-related offerings, and other relevant insurance guidelines.



The agent will document interactions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely client support and policy servicing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance, Health Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage to advise clients on appropriate coverage solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex policy terms clearly and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medicare and related health programs to guide eligible clients through enrollment and plan selection.
- Relevant experience in life and health insurance sales, customer service, or financial services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, manage multiple client cases, and meet performance and compliance standards.
- Comfort with basic computer systems, CRM tools, and digital documentation; prior license or certification in insurance (where required by local regulations) is an advantage.
