Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Advisor at AXIS Max Life Insurance Company Limited.

The Life Insurance

Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions. Daily activities include conducting virtual consultations, explaining product features and benefits, preparing customized financial proposals, and assisting customers with applications and documentation. The role also involves maintaining regular follow-ups, providing service support,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and ongoing customer satisfaction. Advisors are expected to meet defined sales and service targets while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and interest in Insurance and basic understanding of Finance to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Consulting skills to conduct need-based conversations, analyze customer goals, and provide clear, customized advice.
- Customer Service skills to build trust, manage queries, and deliver responsive, high-quality support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex products in straightforward terms and engage effectively in remote interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and online communication platforms for virtual meetings and documentation.
- Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
