Role Description The Legal Intern will support the firm’s advocates in day-to-day casework across family, criminal, labour, consumer, and RERA matters.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, assisting in case strategy, drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing case summaries, and organizing case files. The intern will help with court briefings, client meeting preparation,



and maintaining accurate documentation under supervision. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, with some work-from-home flexibility as assigned by the supervising advocate.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with ongoing enrollment in a recognized law program or recent graduation.
- Skills in Legal Consulting and ability to assist in analyzing Legal Issues under guidance.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting petitions, affidavits, notices, and case briefs.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with the legal team and clients.
- Ability to conduct structured legal research using statutes, case law, and secondary sources.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with basic office software and online legal research platforms; prior internship experience in litigation is an advantage.
