CX25WW is building a structured platform to support employees facing workplace issues such as salary non-payment, harassment, and labour law violations. The focus is to enable lawful, documented, and outcome-driven resolution through a network of empaneled legal professionals.

Role Overview

The Legal Associate will work on real employee cases and support the end-to-end legal assistance lifecycle—from case intake and validation to drafting and coordination with empaneled advocates. This is a high ownership, execution-driven role requiring discipline, accuracy, and ethical judgment.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal notices, complaints, and case documents
- Review and validate client information and supporting evidence
- Assist in filing complaints (labour, civil, or criminal as applicable)

- Conduct legal research on

- Labour Codes

- Wage and employment laws

- Coordinate with empaneled advocates for case progression
- Maintain structured case records and trackers
- Ensure timelines and documentation standards are met
- Communicate case updates to clients professionally

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

- LLB Graduate (Mandatory)




- Freshers welcome; litigation or legal internship experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws / labour codes
- You must have completed Internship with a reputed firm ​
