We’re Hiring: Legal Associate (Real Estate) - Hyderabad

We are looking for a Real Estate Expert to join our core team in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

→ Title due diligence, land record verification, and search reports across Telangana

→ Work with core land documents: Pahanis, ROR, Encumbrance Certificates, sale deeds, conversion orders, layout approvals

→ Use Bhu Bharati, MeeBhoomi and online portals, and validate what you find with physical checks

→ Draft and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, JDAs, GPAs and development agreements

→ Meet developers, landowners and clients across Hyderabad — this is not a desk-only role

What we're looking for

→ 2+ years in core real estate law, land due diligence. Not adjacent work — actual land and property matters

→ Based in Hyderabad, willing to travel across the city and to sites





→ Ability to read Telugu — essential for revenue records, pattadar passbooks, etc.

→ Comfort with both drafting and field work, including liaising with revenue and registration offices

→ Someone who takes the first step without being asked and can carry a matter independently
