Learning Management System (LMS) Adminstrator - PeopleFluent | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only

Position: Full-time employee

Location: Fully onsite - Noida, India

About the Role

Own the day-to-day operations of a PeopleFluent LMS platform for our client. You'll manage user access, certificate workflows, and platform troubleshooting, then take full ownership of LMS integrations and automated workflows once finalized.

What you'll do:

- Keep the PeopleFluent LMS running smoothly: monitor performance, resolve platform issues, and maintain system documentation

- Manage user access end to end, from provisioning through deactivation, including regular access reviews and audits

- Own certificate generation, distribution, templates, and compliance record-keeping

- Provide first-line troubleshooting for course access, content, and assessment issues, escalating complex cases as needed

- Support the Transition & Tech Manager during transition, then take full ownership of integration maintenance and workflow management





- Schedule training sessions, manage learning content and pathways, and report on completions, utilization, and compliance

Job requirements

What you bring:

- 3+ years administering PeopleFluent LMS or a comparable enterprise LMS platform

- Robust hands-on skills in LMS configuration, user management, and troubleshooting

- Experience with LMS integrations and workflow automation
- A customer-service mindset and solid technical documentation skills
