Role Description





- This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager role based in Chennai. The Leasing Manager will

handle
- leasing activities

for Phase 1 of the Industrial & Logistics Park at Oragadam Chennai
- ensuring

successful leasing at the Park with support from Team spread across Chennai and Mumbai (Head Office).

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in leases and lease administration especially for Industrial Logistics Assets
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Relevant experience in real estate leasing or property management, preferably in Industrial Logistics developments.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
