Role Description The Learning and Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for faculty, staff, and academic teams to enhance teaching effectiveness and student support. Day-to-day activities include conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, managing learning initiatives, and facilitating workshops or coaching sessions.

The specialist will collaborate with academic leadership to implement learning strategies, track training outcomes, and ensure alignment with Future Learning’s standards and goals.



The role also involves maintaining training documentation, using learning tools or platforms, and supporting continuous professional development across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to plan, deliver, and oversee learning initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to create effective training content, curricula, and learning resources.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, guide participants, and provide constructive feedback.
- Relevant experience in education, corporate training, or coaching, preferably within competitive exam or academic environments.
- MBA in HR, or a related field; advanced certifications in L&D; or instructional design are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional academic teams and adapt training methods to diverse learner needs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using digital tools or learning platforms.
