Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Executive – Sales, Marketing & Business Development to lead regional market growth, optimize distribution networks, and drive volume performance across multi-channel routes to market. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of key territory targets, lead distributor partnerships, manage trade marketing allocations, and mentor junior field sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Management & Revenue Ownership
· Own regional primary and secondary sales revenue targets across General Trade (GT), Contemporary Trade (MT), and Emerging Channels (E-Commerce / Quick Commerce).
· Conduct joint business planning (JBP) with key up-to-date trade accounts, super stockists, and top-tier distributors.
· Optimize sales beat plans, territory coverage, and distributor replenishment cycles to increase width and depth of distribution.
· Oversee credit risk, aging reports, payment recoveries, and inventory holding periods across the distributor ecosystem.




Business Development & Network Expansion
· Lead expansion into unrepresented territories, appointing high-performing stockists and distribution partners.
· Evaluate distributor capabilities, infrastructure, and financial stability during onboarding and annual reviews.
· Analyze market share data, competitor pricing moves, and channel margins to identify high-potential product categories and white spaces.
· Secure premium shelf placement, end-cap displays, and category captaincy opportunities in key contemporary trade outlets.
Trade Marketing & BTL Campaign Strategy
· Conceptualize, execute, and evaluate BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing campaigns, trade schemes, and retailer incentive programs.
· Allocate and monitor regional trade marketing budgets (POSM deployment, sampling activations, and window displays) to maximize ROI.
