Job Summary

We are looking for a
US Recruiter with 1–3+ years of experience
in the US staffing industry, specifically supporting
Medical Device and Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences clients
.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on the
vendor/staffing side
, robust exposure to
W2 hiring
, and hands-on experience managing the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete
end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Recruit primarily for
Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Sciences
positions.
Work extensively on
W2 hiring requirements
.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals,



and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on technical expertise, industry experience, communication skills, work authorization, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
Work closely with Account Managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the interview and onboarding process.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/VMS platforms.

Required Experience
1–3+ years of US recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience working in a
staffing/vendor setting

Strong experience with
W2 recruitment
.
Proven experience handling
end-to-end recruitment

Recruitment experience supporting
Medical Device and Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences clients is required
