Job Title: Compliance Payroll Executive
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Compliance Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. The candidate should have a robust understanding of payroll functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Handle employee salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
Maintain payroll records and employee data
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs
Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns
Resolve employee queries related to salary and compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field
1–3 years of experience in payroll and compliance
Solid knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in handling end-to-end payroll
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance processes
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
