We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and business development activities across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing solid customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

This role involves frequent outstation travel to meet customers, visit prospective clients, attend business meetings, conduct market visits, and develop current markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
Meet prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements and present suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct frequent outstation visits for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and travel reports.
Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables where required.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade events, and other business activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline; a qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an advantage.
1–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in a field-sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
